About Bethany

A Texas-born poet, artist, and creator, her voice changes as often as her lipstick. She’s most comfortable in limbo and is embracing radical vulnerability with everything she has to give.

Bethany’s writing portfolio includes short stories, poetry, screenplays, blog posts, websites for small businesses, academic papers, newsletters, social media content, and resumes. She served as Head Writer of a Baylor University Engaged Learning Group literary newsletter entitled, The Awakening, from 2011-2012. Her work has been published in several zines and poetry anthologies.

She writes about heartache, grief, navigating relationships as a broke millennial, smashing the patriarchy, and other hot topics, of which the 90s girl grunge foremothers would be proud (lookin’ at you, Liz Phair).
